The property is shared with Bryant Barn, both houses can be rented for groups up to 12. A large Property pool for guests to enjoy (pool season: May 1 - September 30).
The kitchen has a large island perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while the designated chef preps for dinner.
Each bedroom has a different flare from glamorous to more traditional to funky fun. Includes one master with bath & queen-sized beds and two bedrooms with queen sized beds.

Weekdays M/T/W - $495/night- two night min.
Weekend Th/F/S/Su - $495/night- three night min.
• Winter Season: January 1- March 31
All days - $275/night- two night min.
• Spring/Fall
Weekdays M/T/W - Vary $275-$350/night- two night min.
Weekend Th/F/S/Su - Vary $350-$400/night- two night min.
Pet Fee - $35/night/pet
Booking Service Fee - 5%
Minimum Night’s Stay: Pool Season- 3 night minimum during the weekend days and two night minimum for weekdays. All other seasons are 2 night minimums, open to long-term rentals during off season.
When I receive your inquiry, I will reply with quote and detailed House Rules. Upon acceptance, I will invoice via PayPal, payment due upon receipt. Payment will imply acceptance of House Rules and finalize reservation!

Cancellation Policy
• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
• 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
If you cancel within 59 days or less and I rent to new guest, additional refund will be issued. The exact amount will depend on the circumstances. Inquire for details.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Our trip to the Bryant Barn was great in every way. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. The pool was so big and perfectly warm for our kids, and very comfortable on the warm days with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The large grass area in the back was perfect for running around, picnics, and roasting smores. The home was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the wine barrel room was so unique and fun. The property was close to country roads for road biking and numerous farms/wineries. The owners were also pleasant and very responsive. All in all it felt like we were staying on a resort out in the country! I would highly recommend!

The barn was so nice inside and the property is gorgeous! Jack, the owner, was so welcoming and really a joy to talk to. We didn’t know how the shared pool would work out with the other people staying here, but it worked out great. We have already talked about getting both the house and the barn for next year.

What a wonderful little respite in the Bryant Barn. A fully renovated property with just the right touch of style and comfort. Located in a beautiful quiet serene setting but only minutes from town. Immaculate inside and out....the grounds are lovely, and the hosts engaging.

The Bryant Barn exceeded my expectations by far. The pool is as lovely as the photos suggest, and the wine barrel as fun and funky, but the giant back yard makes the place feel as if it were nestled in a park instead of being just 2 miles from downtown. The kitchen, bathrooms and sleeping areas were well appointed, everything seemed new it was so clean and tidy, yet very comfortable. I hope to come back!
